Based on low participation in 2025 and
unavailable weekends in 2026 we will not be holding any tournaments this season. Thanks to all that participated last year ! If future interest changes I would be happy to restart the series!
If interested in tournaments I would encourage you to join the Midwest Kayak club and the Upper Peninsula Kayak club tournaments this year , both are great events and are in some great fisheries!

Alex Dolliver with the win today, & Kyle Bartell with big bass a 21.5 Smallmouth on the Menominee River. Some really nice ones 20" or better caught today. Thanks to all who came out for the finale - we are taking recommendations for next seasons outings!!

1:00pm update - Menominee River
Big fish being caught consistently right now
19-21" being common, with guys moving up and down the leaderboard right now! The fall bite is starting to look good!!!

Midday update :
Some really nice 18"-20" Smallmouth being caught with a couple anglers getting dialed in on a pattern! Seems like anglers are getting on smaller schools of fish now, working around looking for more! Lines out at 3pm, try to update at 2pm...

2025 Menominee River Finale is off! Looking to be a nice fall day of fishing for the guys. Any guesses on total inches, if they find the fish schooled up good it should be a banner day.

Congrats to Alex Dolliver on the win today with 213" pulling way ahead of the field about mid day today! Rob St Arnold took second with 93" and Big Bass, James Crosby with third at 61.50"and Cory Gruendemann forth with 47.25". Thanks to all that came and the last tournament will be on the Menominee River in October, which should be a start to finish nailbiter! c

Update - the fish are coming fast for a couple anglers, looks like one of them has found a hot pattern/ area and has sored past the field! Will check in prior to lines out for the final update!
