About Us...
Wisconsin Families for Hands & Voices is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the support of and advocacy for families who have children who are deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind. Our sole purpose is to create a comprehensive system of parents and professionals who are committed to the unbiased support of families in order to provide deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind children with an education designed to support each child to reach their highest potential.
OUR MISSION:
Wisconsin Families for Hands & Voices is dedicated to supporting families with children who are deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind without a bias around communication modes or methodology. We are a parent-driven, non-profit organization providing families with the resources, networks and information they need to improve communication access and educational outcomes for their children. Our outreach activities, parent/professional collaboration and advocacy efforts are focused on enabling deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind children to reach their highest potential.
