Men account for nearly 80% of su***de deaths in the United States.

Behind every statistic is a father.
A son.
A brother.
A husband.
An uncle.
A friend.

This month, check in on the men in your life.

You don't have to have the perfect words. Just show up and listen.

Hi everyone. We need your help getting a new license plate in front of the Colorado legislature. The Rocky Mountain Strong plate supports individuals and families affected by mental health and su***de loss, something that really affects all of us here in Colorado. Proceeds from the license plate will support programs in Greeley, Weld County, and then progress outward from there. Please take a minute to sign our petition and share it—we need 3,000 signatures!

You must be a resident of Colorado & a registered vehicle owner.

If you are feeling off, go for a walk outside today!

Spending just 67 minutes daily outdoors is associated with significant improvements in mental health for 57% of people, reducing stress, anxiety, and boosting mood.

Research indicates that two hours per week (or 120 minutes) is the threshold for measurable long-term mental health benefits, though even 20 minutes outside can reduce the stress hormone cortisol by an average of 21.3%.
