I'm thinking we could even create a Youths' Version, where we ask guardians, to ask their youth, to participate, and we can publish a youth - aged version of this book.

Any suggestions, ideas, and advice to help this project be successful?

Anyone want to participate?

I don't think I can write this on my own, it won't mean anything if I have to do it myself, and it won't be as special, and extraordinary if I must create all the content on my own. I NEED YOUR HELP PLEASE!?

Please like, share, and comment so that more people get the opportunity to see and share, like, and comment on this post, the more the marrier, and the greater the outcome will be.

Please participate? You are invited! You are welcome to invite those in your life as well!

Our goal is to bring together voices from diverse backgrounds and experiences to create a powerful collection that reminds readers they are not alone and that extraordinary things can happen when communities work together.

Proceeds from book sales will help support Fundamental Chromatic's mission, including:

Consider a lot. That Fundamental Chromatic chromatic could soon acquire with your help. We continue applying for grants and partnerships. We partner with our neighbors, you, to have the foundation and traction to develop the lot/land, and partnerships potentially with local and national businesses to help supply the materials, volunteers for the labor it takes, sponsorships.

All to develop Affordable Housing in the form of Tiny Homes. A tiny home is just enough room to house safely, comfortably, affordably, securely, and wisely - one person.

Each tiny home would have a small kitchen (,sink, microwave, small fridge, cabinet space. Plus a small living room with hidden storage, a desk, a laptop, internet Essentials program internet or similar, a small tv that sits off the wall.

Each tiny home would also have an upstairs (unless a needed accommodations) which would be the client's bedroom with ample storage. Access to the rooftop for star gazing and finding a quiet place to get fresh air that's away from everyone. Maybe even do like they have in California where there is a small garden on the roof top.

A bathroom with a walk in stand up shower, a toilet, a sink and ample storage and shelving.

Along the walls around the entire home would be tons of storage and shelving. This will help clients with disabilities or challenges with their mental health still have space and room to organize their things and essentials. Their fundamentals.

The first week in the Affordable Housing Program, clients work on their own with opportunity to work in a group to create a Vision Board or Vision Scrap ook. This is where clients can visually set goals and aspire for their dreams. Helping to motivate clients to work on their recovery, their welfare, securing opportunities for earning income and maximizing resources and income.

Clients will be required to go to their health care providers and mental health servicesare included in this requirement.

Clients will be required to apply for SSI and /,or SSDI, Adult Financial, SNAP, Community Solar Program through Xcel Energy and EOC, PIPP, pursue an education or at minimum their GED. Clients will be required to give back and volunteer in the community and to work on learning and engaging with coping skills and the community events that we may have that are accessible.

Structure, Compassion, Understanding, Empathy, Direct Supportive Circumstances, stability, Health Care, Effort, positive influences, Comfortability, Responsibilities, Organized, Caring, and more.

This is the Vision.

Mental health is just as important as physical health.
Not just something to agree with… something to actually practice.

Taking care of your mental health can look like:
β€’ setting boundaries
β€’ asking for support
β€’ taking breaks without guilt
β€’ checking in with yourself, even on the β€œgood” days
