Employment Opportunity to lead the Catholic Foundation of Eastern Montana:

The Catholic Foundation of Eastern Montana is seeking a seasoned philanthropy/development professional with a successful work history, preferably within Catholic organizations, to step into the position of its President.

The President must be a practicing Catholic and will oversee all aspects of the Foundation, which focuses on building permanent endowments for Catholic entities within the geographic borders of the Diocese of Great Falls-Billings.

On May 1, the Feast of Saint Joseph the Worker, a special Mass was again offered for members of the Catholic Foundation of Eastern Montana’s St. Joseph’s Movement.

We were blessed to have Father Jay Peterson as the celebrant and were honored to be joined by St. Joseph’s Movement members (left to right): Susan Miller, Beth Murphy, and Frank Barille.

We are deeply grateful to all of our faithful recurring donors whose generosity helps strengthen and sustain the Church in our diocese.

Don't Forget! There are only a few days left to apply for scholarships through the Catholic Foundation of Eastern Montana.

This year, we are excited to offer two new scholarships thanks to the Bev Borer Memorial Youth Ministries Endowment. These Scholarships are available to current or former altar servers at St. Pius X Catholic Church in Billings to attend either Billings Catholic Schools or a post-secondary institution.

Bev Borer was a long-time, faithful parishioner at St. Pius X Church, and among her many volunteer roles through the years, she was best known for training altar servers, which she did for 48 years. The photo shown here includes the many altar servers she trained!
