I’m currently accepting a limited number of private-pay clients for therapy in Illinois.

I specialize in working with:
• Teens navigating school stress, anxiety, and burnout
• Adolescents processing trauma and life transitions
• Adults healing from trauma, emotional overwhelm, and relationship stress

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and practical. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, make sense of what you’ve been carrying, and build tools that actually help day to day.
