Recently, our troop gathered for a special Court of Honor to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and growth of our Scouts! From earning merit badges to achieving new ranks, it’s always inspiring to see the progress each Scout has made. 🏅

🎣🚣‍♂️ Adventure on the Water! 🚣‍♀️🐟

At our last troop meeting, we traded our uniforms for life vests and headed outdoors for a fun-filled day of fishing, kayaking, and canoeing! 🌊 The Scouts had a blast casting lines, paddling across the water, and enjoying some well-earned time in nature.

It’s always great to see the troop learning new skills, working together, and making unforgettable memories. 🌲

🇺🇸 Remembering 9/11 🇺🇸

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost and the heroes who rose on September 11, 2001.

As Scouts, we are taught to be brave, helpful, and reverent — values that shone brightly on that day and in the days that followed. We honor the firefighters, police officers, first responders, and everyday citizens who showed extraordinary courage and compassion.

Let us take this day to reflect, serve others, and remember that even in the face of tragedy, unity and kindness can shine through.

🏕️ Troop 1724 Adventure Recap! 🎣🥾🐟
Our Scouts just returned from an unforgettable overnight campout in the beautiful Uinta Mountains! 🌲⛰️

They fished in crystal-clear alpine lakes, cooked and ate the fish they caught (nothing beats fresh trout over the fire!), and completed a 20-mile hike through stunning backcountry trails. 💪🔥

A weekend full of adventure, teamwork, and outdoor skills – we’re proud of our Scouts for pushing themselves and making great memories along the way! 👏

Highlights from our recent Court of Honor! 🎖️

We celebrated some special moments:
• Gunner’s final Court of Honor – thank you for your leadership and example over the years!
• Preston’s advancement – great work on your achievements!
• A report from Scout Camp, full of stories, growth, and outdoor adventures.

We wrapped up the evening with lots of laughter and Scout jokes – the perfect way to end a night of recognition and camaraderie. ⚜️

🏕️ Camp Tifie Adventure – June Recap 🏕️

Our troop had an incredible week at Camp Tifie filled with growth, adventure, and unforgettable memories!

🔥 Highlights included:
• Epic games on the final day that brought the whole camp together 🎯
• Liam braved the icy waters for the legendary Polar Plunge ❄️🌊
• Campfires, new skills, and tons of progress on merit badges and rank🔥🎖️

We’re so proud of our scouts for their hard work and enthusiasm. Camp Tifie was a blast—and we’re already looking forward to next summer!
