We're Hiring: Community Center Manager at Rogue Recovery Center. Earliest start date will be October 5th.

Rogue Recovery Center is looking for a Community Center Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations, support our peer services, and help grow the partnerships that make our work possible. You'd be stepping into a role where your leadership directly impacts the people we serve.
What you'd be doing:
Managing community center operations and keeping things running smoothly
Building and maintaining relationships with local organizations
Supervising, training, and supporting staff
Helping with program development and making sure we're meeting our goals
Handling conflict in a calm, restorative way and keeping our space safe for everyone
What we're looking for:
At least one year of supervisory experience
Two or more years working in Substance Use Disorder services
Certified Recovery Mentor status (or able to get CRM II within 90 days of hire)
Strong communication and de-escalation skills
Experience working with diverse communities, especially in rural areas
A genuine commitment to trauma-informed care
Pay and benefits:
$32–$34 per hour, salaried, full-time
