Join us on October 3rd, 2024 at either the lunch or dinner sessions where we will describe in detail what it takes to be a Community Land Trust home owner!

The lunch session will take place from 12-1 pm and the dinner session will take place from 5:30-6:30 pm. Both sessions will take place at the Itasca County Family YMCA! We look forward to seeing you there.
