Position Duties and Responsibilities:Â
    •    Support the planning, brainstorming, promotion, and facilitation of Woodrick Center programs and initiatives.
    •    Assist with major Center events and student engagement opportunities throughout the academic year.
    •    Engage students and promote awareness of Woodrick Center programs, resources, services, and opportunities.
    •    Help capture student stories, experiences, and program highlights that communicate the Center’s impact and narrative across GRCC.
    •    Contribute student perspectives and creative ideas to strengthen programs and increase student participation.
    •    Collaborate with Campus Impact Fellows, student organizations, and campus partners on shared programs and events.
    •    Support a welcoming environment that promotes connection, belonging, and student success.
    •    Help create engaging, student-centered social media content that highlights Woodrick Center programs, student experiences, resources, and impact across campus.Â
Position Duties and Responsibilities:Â
• Understand Library Services.
• Understand the goals and objectives of the Campus Common Reading Program
• Perform environmental scans of other libraries’ outreach and common reading programs to help inform future GRCC events
• Assist the ILibrarians in creating a promotion plan for the outreach events
• Collaborate with other departments and student organizations on campus to deepen partnerships with the library
• Promote library services at various outreach events
• Maintain and analyze attendance records for library outreach events
• Compose emails and other promotional material and maintain a mailing list of potential attendees
