Women's Resource Center

Women's Resource Center Women's Resource Center equips women to achieve purpose, fulfillment, and financial stability through meaningful employment.

A job is so much more than a paycheck. Employment is so much more than something to do every week. Women who successfully achieve economic independence fulfill their personal potential. They model perseverance and self-sufficiency to their children. And most importantly, they view themselves as successful people who are in control of their own destinies. Women’s Resource Center gives women the res

ources they need to create their own change, transforming them into positive influences that enrich their communities.

Sometimes the work comes full circle. For Beth Larsen, a career that began in advocating for women has grown into a lifelong commitment to dignity, access, and opportunity, Now, through her role on the Board of Directors of Women’s Resource Center, she brings that purpose together with years of leadership and financial expertise, helping ensure this work continues to grow and serve women well into the future. She’s part of the why behind this work.

Women's Resource Center is hiring an Empower Coach.

This role is about walking alongside women as they navigate barriers, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward employment and stability.

Through our Empower program, coaches work one-on-one with women to identify strengths, address challenges, and create personalized plans for the future. Whether through career coaching or connection to our Women Mentoring Women program, this work is rooted in encouragement, accountability, and belief in what’s possible.

If you’re passionate about supporting women, building relationships, and helping others move forward, we’d love to hear from you.

Women’s History Month isn’t only about looking back. It’s about asking what kind of future we’re building.

In 2025 alone, women in our community:

• Completed thousands of coaching sessions
• Secured new employment
• Achieved goals in housing, wellness, transportation, and financial stability

Every number represents a woman, a story, and a future in motion. Thank you to everyone who walks alongside women in this work.

Women’s History Month reminds us that progress happens one story at a time. At Women's Resource Center, every coaching session, every new job, every goal achieved represents a woman stepping into her next chapter. She’s the why behind this work. Her determination. Her growth. Her future. And when we invest in her, we invest in our entire community.

Today, we celebrate International Women’s Day.

We celebrate the women who lead, who care, who rebuild, who mentor, who work hard behind the scenes, and who step forward even when the path feels uncertain. We also celebrate the women walking through our doors, seeking opportunity, building confidence, and creating stability for themselves and their families.

When women thrive, communities grow stronger. That’s worth celebrating.
