Meet 16 Over 60 honoree Reginald Howard, one of the driving forces behind programs serving veterans across the Grand Rapids area. 🌟

Reggie believes every veteran deserves a safe place to land. He helped create community hub Hero's Corner Grand Rapids where veterans and their families can access recovery supports, mental health resources, and a sense of camaraderie. The center is open weekdays and bustling on weekends with events, parades, and outings to ballgames and concerts, all designed to bring joy and connection to those who’ve served.

His philosophy is simple: you are never too old to live your dream of service or to inspire the next generation to step up. And whenever possible, Reggie reminds us to thank a veteran.
