A Gratoria Retreat Experience

Join us for a weekend focused on nature immersion, movement, breathwork, sound, reflection, and connection.

Imagine campfires under the stars, intentional conversation, guided breathwork, somatic movement, nature immersion, a sound journey, drum circle, journaling, hiking, and space to simply be.

Retreat features may include:
