Today was powerful.

We had the privilege of welcoming a special speaker to Beaumont United High School, and the impact was real.

TJ Tyus delivered a powerful message on decision-making, one that truly resonated with students and challenged them to think about the long-term impact of the choices they make every day. This workshop wasn’t just a speech, it was interactive, engaging, and had students locked in from start to finish.

The School Days Foundation continues to make meaningful impact where it matters most.

We’re beyond excited to share that the School Days Foundation just took an amazing group of students from across the Beaumont Independent School District to a Houston Texans game as part of our Playbook Program!

These incredible students earned their spot through their dedication to academics, strong attendance, and all around awesomeness in school. We couldn’t be prouder of how they’ve stepped up and shined! 🌟

But that’s not all, before the game, we had a special treat lined up. We took the students to the world-famous the breakfast klub in Houston, where we had a specially catered event and a reserved spot just for us. It was an unforgettable day of great food, team spirit, and celebrating the hard work these students put in.

At School Days, we’re all about creating these life-changing experiences, and this trip was just another way to show our kids that their hard work truly pays off. Huge thanks to everyone who supports our mission.

We are excited to announce our first ever School Days Foundation travel basketball team! Sponsored in full by none other than Dr. Eric Thomas! Let’s take the circuits by storm! The goal isn’t just basketball, our players have certain milestones that must be met! Including increased literacy and leadership skills as well as personal development. Wow, what a time we are having! Over 40 students attending this years Super Bowl on behalf of the School Days Foundation! Today was the “Super Bowl Experience” games, memorabilia, autograph signings and more.
We then finished the evening with fellowship at LoLo’s Chicken and Waffles, a Phoenix favorite. We are excited for tomorrow and the big game..Who ya got?

Another great day in the books!

We started off with our favorite breakfast buffet and then went to the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa! We were able to check out the view on the 124 & 125 floor (160 floors total) while learning about the process of how it was built!

December 2 is Dubai’s Independence Day. We were able to learn more about this day from our tour guide and had the opportunity to ask a ton of questions to get to know Dubai even better! Students were curious and asking phenomenal questions!

We ate lunch in the Dubai Mall and then headed over to the Dubai Frame and Sauk (market).

Lastly, we attended an evening boat cruise and had front row seats to the fireworks for the 51st UAE National Day. On the boat, trip leaders developed questions from all that we learned today & we played trivia! The winning group may be pictured holding up in the photo:)

We can’t believe we only have 1 day left but we’re going to make it a GREAT final day! Thank you Eric Thomas!!!
