Townsend on the Park Co-owners,

Sidewalk trip hazards and repairs are scheduled to be done on Monday, November 15th weather permitting. These areas were marked with pink paint a few months ago.

If a straight line then they will be fixing the crack – trip area.

If a big “x” across the whole slab then the slab will be removed and repoured. You will not be able to walk on the cement for 3 to 5 days.

Townsend on the Park Co-owners,

Due to the rain the work is not able to be done today for phase I (areas highlighted on last email attachment and flyer on your door.)
They will try again for tomorrow to start this project.

I have received a few emails on parking. If you need to drive in or out of the association tomorrow over the yellow areas then please be out before 8:00 am. If you need to come back then please plan to do so after 5:00 pm.

If you park in these areas and are not going to leave this day, then please have your car moved to the Southern (already done) area so your car will not be towed.

If you feel you must come or go during the times of construction then there is some parking spots at the front entrance of the apartments otherwise you can park along Saginaw.

We understand this is not convenient but it is for two days to enhance your parking lot.

Townsend on the Park Co-owners:

October 25th & Oct. 28th if the weather allows the following part of the parking lot will be closed from 8:00-5:00 pm. (with one change on the diagram – the West entrance off Saginaw work will be done on Oct. 25th allowing the East side to be open. Then the East side entrance off Saginaw will be done on Oct. 28th allowing the West side to be open.) This will allow traffic to flow for the five Gillespie apartment complexes to our West.

All vehicles need to be removed prior to 8:00 am on these days in the highlighted areas. If they are not moved then they will be towed at the co-owners expense.

The main drive will be closed from 8am-5pm.
If someone forgets to move their car by 8am, they can drive thru the main road but they will likely experience delays and the vendor nor the association are NOT responsible for any damage done to your car. You would be driving thru an active construction site with wet tack and hot asphalt and dust, etc. – any of it may splatter onto their tires and/or car if they drive thru.

They will then come back to paint lines on all spaces that were missed last time and the newly paved areas. After lines are painted then it is open for use.

*****New Date to Seal Coat the Road and Walking Path – and paint new lines.******

This work is scheduled for, Monday – October 11th at 8:00 am. It will be closed for up to 48 hours. The walking path will be closed for 24 hours.

Please be sure all cars are out of the carports and the parking spots South of the first carport.

If you car is not moved then it will be towed!!!!

This is your first notice and a flyer will be delivered to each door as your second notice.
There is enough parking North of the carports and by the mailbox circle. Please be kind to the elderly who may need the closer parking spots.

Townsend on the Park Co-owners,

Due to the weather they were only able to finish the seal coating on the asphalt parking lot/carports and the walk way.

They will schedule a date next week to seal coat.

Please note that some cars did not move as asked so they had to crack fill around them. Next week this will not be an option. They can not seal coat around them.
Any car/truck not moved next week will be towed.

More information to come to give you as much advance notice as possible.

Reminder this starts at 8am tomorrow (10/5/2021)

There is a lot of asphalt work that is going to be done in the next month. The first half is crack filling and sealing.

To start – October 5, 2021 by 8:00 am everything needs to be out of the carport and parking area to the South (see attached map – everything in purple).
This area will be closed off for 24-48 hours. After they are done putting the new parking strips on then they will open it back up.

The walking path will be closed off for 24 hours. You will not want to walk on it as it will put black on the bottom of your shoes in which can be tracked into your home or car.

The irrigation is being shut off today so everything should be dry for you to walk in the grass areas.

The dryer vents on the roof for all five buildings are being cleaned this Thursday, August 26th by Modernistic.

The building are going to be power washed starting Monday, June 14, 2021. Decks and cement pads are not part of the contract, but if you would like your done and you ask him while he is on your building then he will do them. (decks and cement patio slabs are co-owner responsibility, but he is happy to clean them since he is right there if you ask.)

They most likely will be on site all week. I do not know the order they will do the work.

Reminder the condo meeting is this coming Sunday.

The annual condo meeting that was postponed from March is going to be on Sunday October 18th at 3:00 pm in the Park between building 12923 and 12947 near the picnic table.

Agenda will be
1) top 5 items where money was spent in 2020
2) top 5 items budgeted for in 2021
3) election of board members

We have 3 positions on the board up for election, if you are interested in serving please contact Krimson and they will get you on the ballot.

Based on the current Executive Orders masks will be required to be worn throughout the meeting.

The annual meeting previously scheduled for Thursday March 19th is being postponed due to the request by the state to limit meetings to help reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

We will let you know once a new date is set.
