Exciting progress at Juniper Grove, our first precast concrete foundations are being installed!
Unlike foundations that are poured entirely on-site, precast foundation walls are manufactured in a controlled environment and then delivered ready for installation. This allows for consistent quality, precise construction and a much faster installation process, while creating a strong and durable foundation for each home.
It’s an important milestone as Juniper Grove begins to take shape and we move one step closer to welcoming new homeowners! 🏡
