🧡Board Member Highlight: Ruth Randolph, Board Secretary🧡

Senior care has been a long standing passion for Ruth since a young age when she cared for her grandmother after a hip replacement surgery and knew she wanted to be a nurse. After serving as an RN for over 10 years in the field (several locally at CMC) it was very clear to Ruth that we needed an option for Coulee Seniors to age here at home that embodied connection, community and care. ⭐

Ruth embraces a community mindset. Now having lived in Coulee Dam for 4 years with her husband and two children, she has observed the needs here and is motivated to become an advocate for the aging population here and bring a fresh perspective to our town from her various life experiences. In addition, she wears many other hats in The Coulee, overseeing youth soccer and the Coulee Parks and Rec District Chair Commissioner. ⚡

While in many ways joining our board is a new endeavor for Ruth, she has longstanding leadership skills and experiences that have shaped her mindset to get things done and become a change maker. She doesn't shy away from learning something new. We are grateful for her passion and dedication to see this project become a reality. 🙌

First, We made list for funding for 2027. $650,000 for work on the gym! Thank you for supporting this project for a second year in a row. You are helping us make huge strides towards this project getting off the ground! We wouldn't be here without you.

Second, we have raised over $520,000 locally in gifts and pledges, that's over 0.5 Million dollars!!!!! Wowzah! Thanks for showing up and supporting this project in huge ways. This would not be made possible without you. Keep it up friends.

💡Did you know? Our entire board is composed of volunteers. Some have been at this work for years and others have joined our board more recently, but we all share a common goal, to bring an assisted living to The Coulee and serve our aging population.

And we're getting so very close to breaking ground on this building! This building is about to look very different, so soak up the memories and a few more moments of her historic glory as you remember her precious years as Centerline Elementary School!🏫

Our designers have pumped out some new renderings!!! Who's excited to see them? We can't wait to show them to you real soon! 🙌

Thanks to the volunteers and board members who showed up to clean the place up a little and let her shine headed into the spring and summer months. ☀️

The moment has arrived, CSL is rolling out the next phase of our capital campaign! -The Founders Circle- This is an opportunity for large donors to step up and put their support behind our mission: "To provide an exceptional assisted living lifestyle promoting dignity, choice, and independence through a dedicated team, innovative facilities, and enriched services."

Center Senior Living invites you to be one of the many founders it takes to get this project off the ground and rolling. Your impact is immediate. We know this project is happening, it's just a matter of how soon! Our goal is to secure a loan this fall/winter. ✨

Don't hesitate to call our secretary to set up a meeting with one of our board members to discuss giving options... You can give some now and pledge some later. You can consider contributions from an IRA or stocks. You could include us in your living will and testament. All contributions are tax deductible.
