The Brothers of Pi Tau (ΠΤ) and Alpha Delta Delta (ΑΔ²) Chapters of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. were honored to assist with moving chairs for the Paul E. Slayton Head Start Center students ceremony taking place tomorrow.
On behalf of both chapters, we would like to congratulate all of the students on this special achievement and wish them continued success in their educational journey.

The brothers of Pi Tau Chapter of Omega Psi Phi congratulate Bro. John Young (θΚ) on making history as the first Black superintendent of schools in Lincoln Parish.

He was unanimously selected by the school board after serving as assistant superintendent and bringing years of experience as a mentor, teacher, coach, and principal .

This achievement marks a significant milestone in leadership and representation for the parish’s school system.

The 9th District Legacy Award is awarded to each financial 9th District Brother’s Child(ren) who is a graduating senior who submits the completed application by August 31, 2026. This is a one-time award to help further their post-secondary education.
