YAY!!! Strong Moms is BACK starting September 15! 💪

After taking the month of August off, we are so pumped to get this amazing group of mamas back together and moving!

Strong Moms is led by the super cool Sam from Evolv Women's Pelvic Health & Wellness, bringing us together each month for movement and a little time to pour back into ourselves while our littles join in too.

Mark your calendars for every 3rd Tuesday of the month. We can’t wait to get back at it with you!
