So some of the guys decided we need to keep the indoor swap-meet going through August and go from their we are not making much progress on the hall repairs but we did get a few photos and stuff hung up with what we have made but we got a lot to go and with no funding from the county at this time its hard as we got to pay all the other bills first

To all Gooding American Legion and non-American Legion members, we are having a Christmas Day gathering at the Hall at 200 3rd Ave W. This is for anyone needing or wanting something to do as we will have some food and beverages but encourage others to bring in what they can so others can also enjoy a nice meal. We will also have cribbage and other games and movie's We open the doors at 10:00-am on Christmas morning and will remain open as long as were needed. Happy Holidays to everyone. big fat thanks to the couple that stopped buy the indoor swap meet at the American Legion and donated to help other vets in need as vet himself he told me the like to try and help win the can with other vets being a vet himself thanks we got some clothing stuff for a vet in need with the cash thanks

Just some Info Folks talked with the board members we are going to try and do a indoor swap meet for winter as we have been super slow this year to help pay for some needed repairs and painting
we will be renting tables for 20.00 per table for the weekend fri-sat-sun and we are going to do a few estate sales as needed

well folks member ship is down some and i can only say we can use some new members or national guard members if we do not get any in the next few years we will be losing the charter and all the stuff that goes with it like the baseball team and other things we try to support so if you all no of any one have them come join the get discounts and other things for being a member
