This past Wednesday, the Gloversville Educational Foundation set up shop at Fulton County Youth Day to connect with our wonderful Gloversville community! ❤️

It’s always a highlight for us to share our mission with local families. As part of our literacy initiative, we handed out free books to our young scholars to keep them reading and engaged all summer long! 📚✨

We have a lot of exciting things coming up on the Foundation calendar in the months ahead as we continue supporting our community. 🗓️

The Gloversville Educational Foundation, the Gloversville Enlarged School District, and the Gloversville Elementary PTA are proud to partner with the Gloversville Public Library to keep our community scholars learning all summer long-even if it means chasing dinosaurs down the hall!

The Summer Reading Challenge, "Unearth a Story," is a true team effort to keep minds sharp and ready for the upcoming school year. Beyond the reading logs and dinosaur rewards, the library has a packed summer schedule full of events, programs, and opportunities for all ages.

Those piggy banks are going to make a wonderful addition to our newborn welcome bags! Together, we are building a brighter future for Gloversville families from day one. ❤️

FCFFCU is proud to partner with the Gloversville Educational Foundation and Nathan Littauer Hospital & Nursing Home to support families in our community from the very beginning.

Through this partnership, newborn welcome bags will now include an FCFFCU piggy bank and youth savings brochure- helping introduce the importance of saving and financial learning from day one.

At FCFFCU, we believe that strong financial habits start early, and even the smallest introduction to saving can help build confidence and understanding for the future.

These carefully packed bags are designed to support local parents right from the start, featuring:

✨ Gloversville Public Library cards to kickstart a love for reading
