The world teaches leadership through power, status, and control, but Christ taught something completely different.

Real leadership isn’t about being the loudest man in the room, governing with fear, It’s not about titles, praise, or being served by others.

A true leader carries responsibility.
He protects. He teaches. He sets the example when nobody else wants to step forward.

The greatest leaders are usually the men who do the work set before them, inspire others to grow, and expect nothing more than what has been promised to them.

A husband leading his family with integrity.
A father teaching his children right from wrong.
A mentor helping another man improve himself.
A brother standing firm when others fall into chaos.

Leadership is service.

And if a man cannot first learn to govern himself…
his temper, his pride, his actions, his words…
then he will never truly be fit to lead others.
