Out with my eldest yesterday at Mama Mia’s, made it to Catfish Friday at Ramblin’ Dan’s Bar & Grill with my youngest today. Delish!! May is the BUSIEST month in my family and there are plenty of places in Glen Rose, Walnut Springs and Meridian to do it up!

I know how very blessed we are with the ones who have come and helped us create BAKED! I don’t take it for granted and Jenna and I give all credit to the One who sent them!

Olivia is one of those WONDERFUL hires. She came 4 years ago starting as a server. Over time it became evident that she had real leadership qualities and she was promoted to supervisor in the cafe. Time passed and she got married and moved to Glen Rose. We were super excited because we knew we were going down there. She traveled back and forth to Granbury for a year until we were ready to open . She started as our cafe manager and as she became comfortable in that position, we knew she was ready for more! If you have been a customer there, you know her name and you know who she is. Shes always on the move ensuring strong guest satisfaction, making sure inventory is covered, fixing issues that come up. Shes balanced emotionally and rarely shows stress. Above all, she’s kind but also able to take a strong stand when it comes to BAKED! interests. For if the company isn’t strong, it can’t take care of our team. She’s excited to grow our Glen Rose location and for it to be a wonderful part of our community down there. Can you tell how much we value her? She’s the best!!
