Operation Safe Escape supports the SAFE for Survivors Act of 2026 (S. 4635 and H.R. 8965), which would give survivors up to 40 workdays of safe leave, 10 of them paid, plus workplace accommodations, unemployment eligibility, and insurance and privacy protections. We urge Congress to advance the bill and further strengthen its technology-facilitated abuse provisions.
