It's Constitution Day! Please be sure to check out this post from Campbell County School District about how they are recognizing the day with students across the district.

Today, September 17, marks Constitution Day – an opportunity for Campbell County School District students to learn about the United States Constitution and Declaration of Independence and the principles that have shaped our nation from its earliest days.

Across the district, students are engaging in a variety of classroom activities, including discussions, projects and lessons that bring these foundational documents to life. These experiences help students deepen their understanding of our nation’s history, explore the rights and responsibilities of citizenship and recognize the lasting importance of the Constitution in our communities and country today.

As part of this learning, pocket-sized booklets donated by Moms for Liberty were presented to all eighth-grade students across the district. U.S. History and Government classes also have class sets to support instruction throughout the semester.

The booklets include both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and commemorate 2026 as the nation’s 250th birthday 🇺🇸

Thank you to Moms for Liberty for its donation and to Rep. Abby Angelos for taking the time to deliver the booklets to our students!
