Sweet soul fam! It has been such a joy coming together every month for our restorative sound baths. Some of us, it is the only 60 minutes we get to pause and give back to ourselves. Or the one time a month to see your soul fam, to gather, to be free!

Our May sound bath is officially full, and I will be taking a pause until Fall 2026. I hope to share some fun activities this summer, so stay tuned! May you find the peace and pause with the Mother this summer and let the sunshine and blooms 🌲🌷🌻rejuvenate you! I’ll keep you updated with my fall schedule. In the mean time, enjoy the season we waited all year for!

Join us for a restorative evening as we honor the Spring Equinox. This is a dedicated space to ground, honor the seasonal shifts, and gather in community.

As a collective, we will ask for clarity and strength as we move into a new season. Through the resonance of crystal bowls, we shift the mind into a restorative headspace and bring your energetic field back into a state of flow and harmony.

60 min sound bath immersion + community tea time.

A new moon arrives Friday, with the Winter solstice on Sunday ❄️

This is that in-between moment, before the light starts to grow again.

During the longest dark nights, we often retreat.

And in this pause, I invite you to reflect not only on what was lost and the hardships, but think about what quietly emerged alongside it.

The ways we showed up. The moments of connection. The compassion, resilience, hope, and care, the LOVE, your fearless soul to say yes to things that are scary. The beautiful things that surfaced in the middle of hard and uncertain times.

Even in darkness, there were victories, sometimes small, sometimes life-changing.

As we step into 2026 and the days begin to grow longer, I’m creating more space to focus on sound healing and experiences.

With that intention, I’m pausing 1:1 Reiki sessions and readings for new clients and will be welcoming returning clients only. This allows me to offer more group sessions, restorative sound baths, and ways to nourish our community in the year ahead.

Please join us for a night of manifesting and goal setting! Last year was truly magical ✨ Please arrive around 5pm to grab your goodie bag, snacks and a drink and collect your Vision board supplies! All supplies will be provided 🤍

A group relaxation flow and sound bath will start at 6pm-7pm! After that, you are free to mix and manifest 😘

Our second event is already coming up this Tuesday, and it sold out in a day! My heart is so full.

There is something incredibly powerful about women gathering in spaces designed for rest, regulation, and connection. Spaces where we can breathe easier. Drop into our bodies. Laugh. Release. Be witnessed. Be held. Be ourselves.

Contrast therapy + sound is a magic duo, moving energy, calming the mind, strengthening the nervous system, and reminding us what it feels like to come home to ourselves. And doing it in community makes it even more transformative.

I’m endlessly grateful for this collaboration with Svette Sauna and Girl Dinner Tacoma and for every woman who showed up ready to care for herself in a deeper way. This is what happens when safe spaces are created by women, for women.

A huge thank you to Andrea ( ) for capturing the softness, strength, and stillness of this day so beautifully.

Here’s to more moments like this. More presence. More connection. More gathering.

This week’s new moon invites us into deep emotional cleansing, the kind that makes room for clarity, truth, and becoming.

• “What am I still holding onto
that no longer fits who I’m becoming?”

〰️ Salt bath for clearing

This new moon is potent for shedding, transforming, and returning back to yourself.

Did you know? Sound therapy is now being recognized by modern science for what ancient traditions have known for centuries, that vibration heals.

I love when science catches up with ancient spiritual practices. 🌀

Many articles and medically reviewed studies, like this one from UCLA Health, show that sound therapy can help lower stress, slow heart rate, and calm the nervous system guiding the body into restorative states where true healing begins.
