Pennsylvania Emergency Manpower Special Operations Command Designed to defend the community, our represented County or others, and to support and assist all local emergency services during times of crisis.

The Pennsylvania Emergency Manpower Special Operations Command, (PEMSOC), is a body of private persons who respond to an emergency threat to public safety, usually one that requires an armed response, but which may also include crisis and/or disaster support responses. PEMSOC personnel are subject to engage in emergency response and/or immediate support to Law Enforcement and local Emergency Servi

ces through PEMSOC Command depending on the crisis. PEMSOC is designed to defend and assist the community, represented County or others, and to support emergency services. PEMSOC and its members will Defend and Protect the United States Constitution, Civil Rights, Liberty, and Freedom against any enemy, foreign or domestic, indefinitely.
