The deadline to apply for one of the three open Board seats is October 16th.You may also submit motions for consideration at the Annual Meeting. In addition, consider serving on one of our community committees: AERC, Electric Vehicle, Community Engagement, Landscaping, or Pool. Get involved and help support the community we live in and love.

We have three open spots on the HOA Board this year, and we’d love for you to get involved. Whether you want to throw your hat in the ring or suggest a neighborhood issue for everyone to vote on, this is your chance to make a real difference!
Dates to Know
Oct 16 – Deadline to turn in your application or ballot questions to the HOA office.
Oct 25– Ballots mailed to the community.
Nov 4 – Candidate Forum (come meet the lineup!).
Nov 19 – Annual Meeting.
Dec 10– Reconvened Annual Meeting (if quorum is not reached on Nov 19)

Got an Idea for the Annual Members Meeting Ballot?
If there’s an issue you want the community to vote on, you can submit a ballot question! Just grab a form, sign it, get a neighbor to second it, and hand it in by October 16. The Board will review everything to make sure it’s good to go for the big vote.
