🌟 Scout Join Night is Coming! 🌟

Looking for a fun way for your child to get outside, try new things, make friends, and have a few adventures along the way?

Join us Wednesday, September 9th from 6:30–7:45 PM at the Scout Shack, behind the GTown American Legion Post for Scout Join Night! 🏕️

Come meet Pack 271, check out some hands-on activities, meet other Scout families, and learn about the adventures we have planned for the year!

📱 And let's be honest, kids could all use a little digital detox every now and then! Scouting is a great excuse to put down the screens, get outside, learn real-life skills, build confidence, and HAVE SOME FUN! 🌲🔥🧭

You don't have to know anything about Scouting to join us. Just come check it out and see what we're all about!

🎒🍎 HEY County Line, Back-to-School Means Back to Scouting! 🏕️⭐

Summer is winding down, backpacks are coming out, and Scouts is getting ready for another awesome year!

If you’ve been thinking about getting your child involved in something new this year, come check out Cub Scout Pack 271! Scouting is all about getting kids outside, trying new things, learning real-life skills, building confidence, making friends, and of course, having a LOT of fun along the way. 🌲🧭🎯

👋 First stop: Come see us at the County Line Elementary Open House on Tuesday, August 25th in the cafetorium. We’ll have an information table where you can stop by, say hello, and learn more about Pack 271.

🏅 PACK 271 SCOUT OLYMPICS ARE ALMOST HERE! 🏅

HEY SCOUTS!!! 📣 Back by popular demand.

Get ready for another action-packed Scout Olympics Night on Wednesday, August 12th, from 6:30–7:30 PM!

Come ready for an evening full of exciting games, friendly competition, and tons of laughs. We'll even be launching water bottle rockets! 🚀💦

📍 Location:
Firemans Park (Old Pavilion)
Park Ave, Germantown, WI 53022

Parking: Park on Crusaders Court by Kennedy, the closest lot to the pavilions.

👫 Bring a friend, your neighbor, your sibling... and your competition! Everyone is welcome to join the fun and see what Cub Scouts are all about.

🍦 We'll wrap up the night with popsicles (perfect for a hopefully hot summer evening)!

🎉☀️ School’s Out for Summer! ☀️🎉

The backpacks are put away, the homework is done, and summer adventures are just beginning! 🐻⛺🌳

Pack 271 has a fun-filled summer ahead, and we can’t wait to make memories together!

📅 June 27 – SummerBlast for a day of fun!
🇺🇸 July 4 – Look for Pack 271 in the Germantown Independence Day Parade!
🏕️ Summer Camps – Several exciting camps. Check Potowatomi website for details or message your den leader.
🏅 Scout Olympics – Get ready for some friendly competition and plenty of laughs later this summer! (Details to come)

Summer is the perfect time to explore the outdoors, make new friends, and enjoy all the adventures that Scouting has to offer. Whether you're hiking, camping, fishing, biking, or just playing outside, there’s no shortage of ways to keep the Scouting spirit alive!

⚜At our last Pack meeting, our Scouts participated in a meaningful Flag Retirement Ceremony and learned the importance of respectfully retiring worn or damaged American flags.
Many people don’t realize that when a flag becomes faded, torn, or no longer fit for display, it should be retired with dignity and respect. Scouts take part in this tradition as a way to honor our country, learn about citizenship, and understand the meaning behind the flag and the values it represents.
This wasn’t just an activity, it was a chance for our Scouts to learn responsibility, respect, and service to others. We’re proud of our Pack for taking part in an important Scouting tradition and honoring our nation’s flag in the proper way.
A special thank you to BSA Troop 115 for assisting and helping guide our Scouts through this meaningful experience. We appreciate your leadership and support! 🇺🇸
