Its been one of those days.. I knew I was taking Munkee to vet for her ear recheck and woke up to both Duckie and Jason Michael needing emergency visit as well.

Munkee got more meds (she can't be fixed were just keeping her comfortable as long as is possible before we make the call)

Duckie got a mild infection in the skin along his closure line of the eye they removed last month so he got meds.

Jason Michael is on meds to knock back a nasty sinus infection then we will do a dental to clean his teeth but more importantly evaluate a small opening in his scar line of his palette repair and see if its easily closeable. If not we will be fighting sinus infections off and on for the rest of his life because the specialist repair is more then we can afford. The last time it was about $7k over multiple procedures ..this time would be more as it'll require MRIs and a special 3d printed piece to be custom fitted to replace the missing roof of his mouth, tissue grafts because there wont be enough there to close over the 3d implant, as well as the implanted feeding tube's etc again while he heals.. then removal of the tube's 6 weeks later.

Duckie is awake and less painful. Very confused still from being suddenly blind (the remaining eye has been blind for years).But he hould adapt fairly well.

Emergency visit with Duckie. He suddenly went blind.

Update : he is going into surgery now. He is having to have his eye removed so he will now be permanently blind. Any donations towards his surgery are appreciated.

4yr Great Pyranees/German Shepard mix. 115lbs. Thinks he is a 4lb lap dog. Wants to be with you at all times and gets mild anxiety if alone to long so someone thats home alot is important.
Great with cats and chill dogs. Good with kids though little ones might get knocked over because he does not realize his size.
Neutered. Utd vaccines. Heartworm negative. Microchipoed. Leash/house/crate trained.
Cannot be left alone in fenced yard for long..he WILL dog out and go look for you.

Does have some food restrictions due to allergies/skin but his food can be found easily online or at local pet store. It is not the cheapest but also not the most expensive.

THIS IS A HOUSE PET NOT A YARD DOG OR LIVESTOCK GUARDIAN.
