BIG NEWS! CCCAC and Winky Cats Ashtabula have officially MERGED! We're doing all the same great stuff: low cost spay/neuter, help for people with too many animals, and TNR-A (trap-neuter-return-ADOPT!) - and we've done it together for a few years now - so it is time to make this thing OFFICIAL! Please follow the Winky Cats Ashtabula page to keep up with all our adventures, cats and kittens available for adoption, and requests for our programs!
