My hometown of Gary, Indiana is where I-65 starts, and they were hit hard by the tornado and storms on August 11. A lot of families have been without power for days and are still trying to get through the damage and cleanup.

I’m heading up there this weekend and would love to take some supplies with me. Things like non-perishable food, hygiene items, baby supplies, batteries, flashlights, cleaning supplies, paper products, pet food, and other basic necessities would be greatly appreciated. I’m available to pick up donations around Huntsville through Friday.

I’m not accepting cash, but if anyone wants to help me with food or gas for the trip, I will gladly accept grocery or gas gift cards.

Just trying to take a little Huntsville love back home with me. ❤️
