Hummingbird Wellness and Millie's Paw Pantry currently have 28 kittens in our care, and getting each one healthy enough for adoption comes with real costs. We aren’t a rescue, but we couldn’t turn our backs when these kittens needed a chance at life.

🚨 20 Kittens, 1 Heartfelt Mission: We Need Our Village 🚨

Hummingbird Wellness and Millie's Paw Pantry never planned to take in kittens… but when 20 tiny lives needed help, we couldn’t walk away. We aren’t a rescue — just a small community‑driven team trying to give these babies a real fighting chance at life and a loving home.

To get every kitten vetted, vaccinated, dewormed, and healthy enough for adoption, we’re estimating $2,000 in urgent medical costs. At the same time, we’re still supporting families in our community who rely on us to help feed their pets.

This tiny baby was rescued after being found scared and crying for help inside a neighborhood drainage hole. She’s now safe — but her rescue opened the door to something even bigger.

Just days later, 16 more kittens in urgent need were found at another location. We’re working to save every one of them, but we desperately need donations to help cover vet care.

Billy, Bonnie’s sweet brother, is still at Harnett County Animal Shelter, and his situation is now urgent — his final hold date is 5/26/26. This gentle boy deserves so much more than a countdown.

We took Billy out for a full day of fun, and he made every moment a tail‑wagging adventure. He started the morning with a well‑earned pup cup, then explored new sounds, new places, and new people with the softest curiosity. He soaked up every bit of love like he’d been waiting his whole life for it.

Billy is:
