Please join us in celebrating a very special transition at Vital Link. Paul Galaviz is certainly not a new face to our team, but he is stepping into an exciting new role!

Paul started with us as a dedicated crew member, working various events and primarily anchoring our Career Exploration Exhibit Days. Having worked his way up from the ground floor, he truly understands our mission from the inside out.

Now, we are thrilled to announce that Paul is stepping up as our new Program Coordinator, where he will be leading the Exhibit Days.

✨He brings an incredibly diverse background in arts and music to this role, ranging from playing instruments to stage directing. That unique creative lens, combined with his hands-on event experience, has shaped him into an exceptional team leader and a powerful public speaker.

In his new role, Paul looks forward to furthering his own professional development while doing what he does best: guiding the future workforce toward discovering their own passions.

We welcome Paul to this new position, and we can’t wait to see the incredible impact he will continue to make! 🌟

Last Saturday, the Vital Link team had an incredible time helping out at the Robotics Invitational in Santa Ana! 🛠️✨

It was an absolutely fantastic day filled with intense competition, inspiring sportsmanship, and an incredible showcase of talent from some truly gifted students. The future of STEM is looking incredibly bright! 💡🚀

We couldn’t be more excited to share some fantastic news about one of our own! While Rubi Avila is a mainstay of the Vital Link family, she is taking on an essential new role as our Associate Program Coordinator.

Rubi brings firsthand experience from her time as a Crew Member to this new role. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations, Rubi is excited to grow, contribute, and support the next generation of students.

This event wouldn’t have been possible without our incredible community.
