We are so excited for our partners at Galveston Island Market to launch their Mini Makers Program! We will be there along the way to support and volunteer! 🥰

Galveston Island Market: Mini Makers launching June 14, 2025!
We’re looking for kids who have a passion for entrepreneurship and a drive to create. Through our Mini Makers program, young entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to train and grow alongside experienced vendors in their area of interest. They’ll gain hands-on experience by working at our regular markets, learning the ins and outs of running a small business.
With the support of generous sponsors, we’ll help provide essential items like a canopy, table, and display materials—so when they’re ready, they’ll have everything they need to launch their own booth.
Our regular markets will serve as training grounds, while our once-a-year big festival, MarMo Market Jr., will be the big moment for them to shine and show off all they’ve learned. To give them even more opportunities, we plan to host Mini Makers events on 5th weekends, offering extra space for creativity, mentorship, and growth.

It’s a fun-filled day where kids take the lead—showcasing talents, learning new skills, and exploring what it means to be an entrepreneur.

Come cheer on the next generation of creators, leaders, and dreamers—learning to earn while doing what they love!
