Siddhyog Kundalini Meditation Guided Meditation with our SiddhYogi Guru Vishalbhai Pandya. Meditation, Peace and Awakening Kundalini via Shaktipat. He trained several sadhakas.

Hari Om Tat Sat

At our Organisation , we are fortunate by Grace of God. We are fortunate to have practical guidance from Guruji – Shri Vibhakar Pandya who is founder- head of our institute “Siddhyog Sadhan Mandal”. Since 1971 his blessings have been strengthening us for our spiritual growth. Guruji’s Disciple – Shri Vishalbhai Pandya is also master of spiritual technologies of Siddhyog tradition

. Guruji and Vishalbhai blesses us by shaktipat diksha ( Awakening the Kundalini Process ) during preliminary programmes. Other several trained teachers also arrange several meditation Workshops at Siddhyog Centers. Guruji puts more stress on practical experiences of spirituality. He says that by reading of books, scriptures, this supreme knowledge is not achieved. But by doing sadhana and with the Guru’s grace i.e. Shaktipat, a disciple can progress at safe and desired speed. Guruji invented new healing system called “Prana Chikitsa” (Prana Healing) in which he trained healers for using prana- bio energy for infusing positive current in the first four bodies of patients and taking negative current out of patients’ body. He is one of rare Gurus who does not have any barriers He tries his best to provide solutions to spiritual problems of others. We practically learn meditation from first day, have quantum jump in meditation with Shaktipat from Guruji, lead happy life using spiritual powers, get guidance of Guruji on all aspects of life and there by pave our way to ultimate experience of self-realization.

Many people are generous when it comes to giving gifts to others, but when someone offers them a gift, they do not accept it. They become stingy in receiving. In doing so, they block the flow of things coming into their lives. Perhaps they are very proud, or even egoistic. They think, “If I accept such gifts, what will people say about me?” Because of this, they reject gifts that come to them naturally. They refuse to accept them.
As a result, the path of receiving gets closed. In reality, both the paths—of giving and receiving—should remain open. Many people say that they have spent too much. Their expenses are always more than their income because, deep within, they have wished not to receive. They think, “I don’t need anything; I will only give.”

Our rishis and sages were such extraordinary beings. They constantly sent messages of love toward the entire world. Every morning, they would wake up and offer salutations to the Sun, expressing gratitude by saying: “By your grace, we live. Because you give us light, we live. Because you give us life-force, we live. Because you give us warmth, we live.”
Through this practice, the center of love within us begins to develop and blossom.

Sending a message to nature means love, devotion, and worship. This is a way to develop the center of love and the center of friendship within us. Only then do the sprouts of love arise within you, and to nurture and awaken these sprouts of love, it is necessary to send a message to nature. That is why our people have discovered collective prayer. Within collective prayer, we say:

ॐ सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः ।
सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु,मा कश्चित् दुःख भाग्भवेत् ॥

May everyone be happy, may everyone be free from illness, may everyone’s life become auspicious, and may no one be a part of suffering.
O Lord, grant us such a boon!

Chapter-3 Summary
1. The mind has three parts: the conscious mind, the subconscious mind, and the superconscious mind.
2. Every single thought of a human being gets imprinted in their subconscious mind. Whatever they see and experience gets imprinted in the subconscious mind. When favorable circumstances arise, it emerges with tremendous force and imagination becomes reality. Therefore, only positive impressions (thoughts) should be sent to the subconscious mind.
3. The superconscious mind is the divine mind, in which the program of one's entire life is already recorded. This is the divine plan. This is destiny or fate. Life must be lived according to it.

English Translation
"In short, humans are unaware of the profound impact their spoken words and actions have on the body and mind. Every disease is directly linked to the mind. When a person hoards, harbors hatred or contempt, or nurses fear within, illness is inevitable.

The sole causes of illness are your malice, vengeful nature, and unnecessary hoarding. Those who hoard suffer from stomach pain. However, if they start giving (sharing), their children's behavior transforms, and ailments like constipation and other pains disappear.
Therefore, if you wish to remain healthy forever, your subconscious mind must remain as pure and white as milk. When the subconscious mind becomes as white as milk, closing your eyes reveals not darkness, but a milk-white radiance or a light akin to a tubelight."

English Translation:
In short, the fruit of whatever rituals you perform immediately after a person's death—such as Ramdhun (devotional singing), Shraddha (rituals for the departed), etc.—is received immediately. However, as more time passes after the person's death, the effect of the rituals either takes longer to reach them or gets diminished (eaten up) along the way.
If 99% of the effect reached immediately, then after five or six years, perhaps only 5% might reach. That is, the "commission" of subtle beings (sukṣma jivo) increases.

English Translation:
"Just like, if you go to see a circus, the work of the trapeze is involved in the circus. One jumps from one trapeze, tries to catch the second trapeze. The first trapeze has been let go, but the second trapeze hasn't been caught. For one or two seconds, they are in the air. In the same way, the seeker's (sādhak's) old past has ended, and the new past has not yet begun. That is, they are suspended between two pasts. They get scared in this moment. This is the time when a Guru is needed. This is the biggest problem in spiritual science. Because one interval ends, and the second interval begins. Therefore, you must maintain peace during this interval. You have to pass this interval peacefully; you must not panic."

English Translation:
"When self-realization occurs, when you recognize yourself, your dream breaks. You recognize your true self. A new birth takes place for you. Any life form that comes into this world comes in four ways.
• Svedaja (Sweat-born): We sweat. Within this sweat, there are many germs, and life forms originate within them.
• Ankurita (Sprout-born/Germinated): For example, when you sow mung beans, they sprout and become a plant. (Alternatively, the term used is sometimes Udbhija which means 'springing forth from the earth', like plants).
• Andaja (Egg-born): Hens, peacocks, birds lay eggs, incubate them, and then the life form emerges from the egg.
• Yonija (Womb-born): Cows, buffaloes, humans, camels, elephants—all these give birth to young ones, meaning this is a womb-birth."

English Translation:
"The teacher (Guru) has gathered a lot of information, that is why the student has come to them, and the student certainly wanted to gain knowledge. Perhaps if a student goes to a different guru, they might return in a short time because their goal is to acquire knowledge, and that guru is not giving any knowledge. The Guru doesn't add anything to your knowledge; they instead bring about transformation, change within you. They give you self-recognition/self-awareness. If you want to know the self, the first condition is that your ego (Ahankaar) must be shattered, the ego must become zero. So what does the Guru do? They lift you up and directly place you in your inner being (Antahkaran). That is, they help you recognize the self."
