WWLA Wants to thank all the BASH SPONSORS for another great year. Thanks for helping us build the community we want to live in. The Bash was an amazing community celebration, free and open to all! Big Timberworks presents the Logging Games, Kenyon Noble donated the pinewood derby kits, Peak Stop gave water bottles and ice, The Bridge Church worked with the kiddos to build their derby cars and ran the derby, made snow cones & cotton candy, gave away school supplies, and brought their climbing wall. TMC was a major sponsor, other monetary sponsors included Bridger Remodeling, Gilmore Franzen Consulting, Ridgeline Excavation, Farm Bureau Financial Services (Kay Bright), Gallatin Hydroseeding. Gallatin Gateway, let's fill every chair!
The American Red Cross returns to your Gallatin Gateway Community Center for a local blood drive on July 20th from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. Because we're holding the drive earlier in the day to beat the summer heat, some of our usual donors may not be able to attend. If you've ever considered giving blood, now is a great time to help. One donation can make a real difference. 9 donation times are still available!

Here is your July Community Newsletter Gallatin Gateway, arriving a little early in your feed. Here are a few highlights of what’s coming up next month:

• The Gateway Bash: Calling all kids! Sign up now for the Pine Derby Race at this year’s Gateway Bash. Thanks to the generous support of Kenyon Noble, all derby car kits have been sponsored and are available at no cost. We know the kids are going to have a blast, we just need more racers to join the fun!

• Support our July 20th Community Blood Drive. We Need You, Gallatin Gateway! Our Red Cross Blood Drive on July 20th will be held from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM, a special schedule designed to keep donors and volunteers comfortable during the summer heat. However, the earlier hours may prevent some of our regular working donors from participating, so we need the community’s help to fill every appointment slot. • Local History Spotlight: Our quarterly history feature shares the story of the iconic Gallatin Gateway Log Archway and how Salesville officially became Gallatin Gateway in 1927.

• Slabtown Market: Slabtown Market is back this August! Join your neighbors every Thursday from 5:00–7:00 PM on Mill Street for an evening of local food, handmade goods, live music, and community fun.

Mark your calendars—the Gateway Bash is set for August 29, 2026.
We’re also introducing a new event this year: the Pine Derby Car Race! Sign-ups are now open, so don’t miss your chance to join in the fun.
