📚✨ JOIN OUR PTO BOARD! ✨📚
Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to begin planning for the upcoming school year and are looking for dedicated volunteers to join our PTO Board! This is a great opportunity to support our students, staff, and school community while staying involved and making a meaningful impact.
Available Positions:
🔹 President
Leads PTO meetings, oversees all PTO activities, and works closely with school administration. Provides direction and ensures goals and initiatives are carried out effectively.
🔹 Vice President
Supports the President and steps in when needed. Often coordinates committees and helps manage events and programs throughout the year.
🔹 Treasurer
Manages PTO finances, including budgeting, tracking expenses, and reporting financial updates. Ensures transparency and proper handling of funds.
🔹 Secretary
Keeps accurate records of meetings, including minutes and attendance. Handles communication such as meeting agendas and official correspondence.
🔹 Social Media Coordinator
Manages PTO social media accounts, shares updates, promotes events, and helps keep families informed and engaged online.
