Bloom Enterprises of Georgia

Bloom Enterprises of Georgia A ministry that equips individuals with special needs new skills and personal direction so they can experience the joy of success and self advocacy.

Bloom Enterprises (formerly known as Randy & Friends) is dedicated to supporting, encouraging, and empowering adults with different abilities. We also aim to shine a light on inclusion in North Georgia, proving that we are more alike than different and that God creates each of us with value. HOW DO WE TOUCH LIVES?
• We do it by building relationships in a Christ centered atmosphere in a setting.

We do it by teaching small groups, for example: gardening, cooking, and crafts.
• We do it by recognizing each person’s gifts and talents.
• We do it by partnering with the community, involving volunteers with various backgrounds and vocations and seeking community resources, such as Brenau University.
• We do it by employing people with disabilities and helping them find jobs they would enjoy. Statement of Faith

1. We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God.
2. We believe in one God, existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

Emergency Services Week finished up with an inspiring visit from three Dekalb County Fire Rescue Department —Luke, RJ, and Aaron—and Registered Nurse Nicole from Grady Hospital’s Trauma Unit! 🚒👩‍⚕️

The firefighters shared their duties, explained fire safety rules, and guided the Kru through fire drill procedures.

It was an amazing opportunity for the Kru to see our community heroes in action and learn life-saving skills while saying THANK YOU for all they do! 💪❤️

We kicked off Emergency Services Week with an exciting visit from Gainesville Police Department! 🚓 Sergeant Edge and Corporal Olson joined us at the Community House to talk about their roles, share the equipment they carry, and discuss the importance of following rules and laws.

The associates also learned about “stranger danger” and safety tips for staying aware in the community. We were thrilled to welcome our local heroes and gain valuable safety knowledge! 💪

🌟 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭: 𝐃𝐞𝐛𝐛𝐢𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐛𝐞 🌟

We’re excited to kick off our Staff Spotlight Series where we will be introducing you to the amazing people who make Bloom possible. Over the next few weeks, you’ll get to know each of our incredible staff members, their stories, passions, and favorite moments working with Bloom.

To start, meet 𝑫𝒆𝒃𝒃𝒊𝒆 𝑰𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒍𝒔𝒃𝒆, Program Coordinator of the 𝑴𝒊𝒅𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑲𝒓𝒖 𝑫𝒂𝒚 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎!
👩‍🌾 𝑭𝒖𝒏 𝑭𝒂𝒄𝒕: Debbie was raised on a farm in Morgan County, GA, surrounded by cotton fields, chickens, and cows. Growing up on the farm taught her the value of a strong work ethic, something she carries with her every day at Bloom.

✨ 𝑴𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑴𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕: Debbie recalls teaching an associate, Sara, how to cook sausage links during a life skills lesson. When Sara proudly said, “This has been so much fun, I’ve always wanted to learn how to cook like this and I did it today,” Debbie knew it was a special moment. Watching associates learn skills that build independence is one of the best parts of her role.

🐶🐱 𝑶𝒖𝒕𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒌: Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and her pets—Jasmine, her teacup Yorkie, and Jack, her tuxedo cat.

We’re so thankful for Debbie’s dedication and heart for the work she does with the Midland Kru! 💙

Stay tuned for more staff highlights!
