Four Rivers Behavioral Health's offices at 5th and Broadway feature two unique murals on the 5th Street side of the building.
The murals were created as part of the Guess Family Foundation’s Kindness Mural Project.
Completed in the summer of 2024, and painted by volunteers from Four Rivers Behavioral Health and others in the community, the You Are Not Alone Mural has become a symbol of the services and support we provide to the citizens of this community.
People often stop to take photos and post them on social media as a message of hope for those who may have lost hope and need to hear that they are truly not alone.
The mural has become so popular,
we have created a coffee mug depicting
the mural and celebrating the message
it shares to everyone who sees it.
The mugs are available inside Four Rivers Behavioral Health for just $10. Proceeds go to Four Rivers Behavioral Health’s Charitable Foundation to help support the invaluable work we do providing Mindful Care to the community.

💚 Everyone needs support sometimes.

Whether you're facing a mental health challenge, struggling with substance use, experiencing a crisis, or simply need someone to talk to, help is available. Reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.

You don't have to carry everything on your own. Support, hope, and connection are closer than you may think.

Take a moment to save these resources, share them with someone you care about, and remember: asking for help can be the first step toward healing.

Studies show that while men experience mental health problems at similar rates as women, they are less likely to seek help. If you’re a man experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to handle it alone. Reaching out to a friend, family member, or a mental health professional is a sign of strength — not weakness. And if you care about a man in your life, check in. Start a conversation. Let him know you’re there to listen without judgment. Sometimes a simple “How are you really doing?” can make a difference. Some concerns require professional support, and it’s okay to seek help. Support is available, and talking about mental health can save lives. If you are in immediate distress or are thinking about hurting yourself, call or text the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline at 988 or chat at 988lifeline.org For more information on topics related to mental health for men, visit https://www.nimh.nih.gov/health/topics/men-and-mental-health
