Help us heal the broken hearts of our Maui Ohana during the devastating crisis in the wake of wildfire.

The Bodhi Project is dedicated to heart health. What better way to continue this mission than by sending support to so many of our friends in this challenging time.

100% of the proceeds of ALL Kama'aina leggings will benefit the Maui Food Bank from now until the State of Emergency has been lifted in Maui. Yes, we are prepared to take this on as long as it takes for our friends to be safe.

We will make weekly donations to the Maui Food Bank to ensure that the Maui Ohana is able to fill their bellies with healthy foods. Eating a well balanced diet and having access to clean water are tremendously important for heart health, and goes a long way to helping those who are facing one of the most difficult times of their lives.

It's time to roll up our sleeves and show some love to the trail that we call home!

Meet us at the Officers Gulch access point for the Summit Rec Path so we can do our part to tidy up our mountain home.

The Bodhi Project has sponsored a section of rec path in Ten Mile Canyon, which is one of the most highly used sections of rec path here in Summit. It's been a busy summer, and that means we'll have a bit of work cut out for us.

Everyone is welcome to join in the fun! Look for our tent and table set up to pop by and grab a bag. Please bring your own gardening gloves for the task - we're trying to avoid creating extra trash by skipping the disposable gloves.

Bring a refillable water bottle, too! We'll have a big jug of ice water at the table for quenching your thirst and some totally delish cookies for a treat.

Message me with any questions, otherwise just come on out on Saturday! You are welcome to come for the whole time or a short section of the time - whatever works for you. Every minute of help and every set of hands helps!

Doggies welcome but please be sure to keep them leashed up.

EXCITING NEWS!!!
The Bodhi Project is the official sponsor of the Summit County Rec Path at Officer's Gulch!!!

We'll be hosting our Summer Kick Off Trail Clean Up Day as soon as we get the all clear from the Colorado Avalanche Info Center - as the trail is currently under severe avalanche restrictions due to the spring snow transition.

HUGE news, and SO exciting - especially as our friends at Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation get ready to pedal right through our new section this July for the annual Courage Classic.

Support heart health by participating in heart healthy activities - like getting outside and helping take care of our local trails this summer with The Bodhi Project.

HEART MONTH IS ALMOST HERE!!!

Not only is it our little heart hero's birthday in a few weeks, but February is also recognized nationally as Heart Month!

Also happening in February? Oh yeah - some football! That's why this year we're taking it to the house with a super fun football theme to celebrate all things pediatric cardiology.

The Bodhi Project has endless yardage on opportunities for you to learn, advocate and share your heart hero spirit all February long.

Whatever your connection may be to congenital heart disease - even if that is just limited to knowing me and Bodhi! - we all play a critical role on the team.

Let's get together this February to speak up for all the in our lives.

Our goal this February is easy! Raise $100 per day so we can support at least 28 heart families by providing meals during their little one's stay at Children's Hospital Colorado.

Join us for the FIRST ANNUAL HOLIDAY HEART HERO CHALLENGE :: Nov. 29th through Dec. 6th, 2022!

Get 107 minutes of ACTIVE WORKOUT TIME daily over the course of this one special week, encompassing through and you'll receive a free Heart Hero sticker for completing the challenge!

Every day, an average of 10,687 babies are born in the U.S.

And, with the nationwide stastic of 1 in 100 babies being born with a congenital heart disease diagnosis, we did the math and determined that this means an average of 107 babies PER DAY are born with a diagnosis.

So, by moving your body and getting stronger every day by adding in 107 minutes of total exercise time (divided up however you like), you are getting the minutes logged in support of these sweet little ones who need a cheering for them.

Log your workouts using your favorite app and submit them to us daily during the challenge. At the end of the week-long event, we'll send super cool to everyone who completes 107 minutes of active movement every day for 7 total days between November 29th and December 6th, 2022.

In addition to these super cute workout leggings, totally rad shoes, and cozy Columbia fleece vest, I've added a mega-soft sherpa lined blanket just in time for cold weather.

The leggings are workout-quality and also have UPF50+ in the fabric, so they're fantastic. The Kama'aina legging (Hawaiian print) has a side pocket big enough for your phone while the Heart Hero legging (white with black polka dots) has an internal key/ID pocket.

All proceeds will benefit our Stronger Together Fund which provides Comfort Kits to families checking into Children's Hospital Colorado for heart surgery stays, as well as our HUGE initiative for 2023: providing Owlet heart & O2 monitors to babies born in Summit County.
