Create your own HIKE for Mental Health by registering your hike on the HIKE for Mental Health website. Hike solo, invite a few friends, bring your family, or rally your entire community.

Every step helps raise awareness, reduce stigma, and support mental health.

Choose your trail. Pick your date. Make an impact.

Because sometimes a hike can change more than the view.

You don't have to hike alone.

The trail may look different for each of us, but struggles with mental health can often feel isolating. Anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and life's challenges have a way of convincing us that we're carrying the weight by ourselves.

But you are not alone.

At HIKE for Mental Health, we believe in the power of community, connection, and taking one step at a time—together. Whether you're hiking for your own mental health, in support of a loved one, or in memory of someone you've lost, we're honored to walk alongside you.

Because no one should have to face their journey alone. 🧡🥾

We're excited to highlight one of HIKE for Mental Health's incredible volunteers, Diana Lapp, LCSW, founder of Inner Strength Counseling Services.

For more than a decade, Diana has been a passionate advocate for mental health and a strong believer in the healing power of nature, movement, and community.

Through her counseling practice and her annual Walk & Get Inked for Mental Health fundraiser, she helps people find connection, resilience, and hope.

This year, her Walk & Get Inked for Mental Health fundraiser raised an incredible $4,482 to support mental health research, awareness, and trail conservation.

Thank you Dirty Hands Project for the work you do, and for allowing us to share a little about HIKE for Mental Health.

It's because of partnerships like this that stigma begins to lose its grip. Every conversation, every shared story, and every opportunity to raise awareness helps remind people that they are not alone and that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
