On Monday, Florida First Circuit Court Judge J. Scott Duncan denied Planned Parenthood’s motion to dismiss an ongoing lawsuit filed by Attorney General James Uthmeier late last year.

The lawsuit accuses Planned Parenthood of violating Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act by misleading consumers about the safety of mifepristone, the first drug used in a chemical abortion. Specifically, Planned Parenthood’s claim on their website that abortion pills are “safer than many other medicines like penicillin, Tylenol, and Viagra.” That statement is on Planned Parenthood’s website, available for anyone to see at this moment.

Planned Parenthood argues that the statement is legally protected promotional language, not false advertising. However, the Attorney General disagrees and will continue the case.

While this ruling is not the final judgment, it is an exciting development. We continue praying for more transparency surrounding the abortion pill, and ultimately, an entire ban of the life-ending drug.

Today, we pause to remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

The value of every human life is immeasurable, making their sacrifice all the more humbling.

Freedom has never been free, and their willingness to give everything is a debt we can never repay.

As we remember them today, we pray for their families and give thanks for their service. Words cannot fully express our respect and gratitude for all they have done.

Today, we pause to remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

We are completely speechless. What an incredible total, and what an incredible reminder that God can do anything!

When we first set our fundraising goal of $150,000, we knew it would take tremendous faith to reach it. But God is the God of miracles, and not only did we meet that goal, but we surpassed it by more than 37%.

Because of your generosity, faithfulness, and heart for life, this year’s Walk for Life raised an astounding $205,729.00.

We are continually humbled by every person who donated, fundraised, prayed, volunteered, and showed up in support of this mission. Truly, thank you. This incredible total was only possible because of faithful supporters like you, and we are so grateful to serve alongside each of you in protecting life.

These funds will go directly toward serving women and families and saving the precious, vulnerable lives among us. Because of what was raised, we estimate that 171 lives will be saved. Absolutely amazing.

Thank you for being the hands and feet of Christ. Your support makes this ministry possible, and we are deeply grateful to every one of you.

Praise God for such an amazing Walk for Life! We cannot wait to see what He continues to do throughout the rest of this year.
