Today is one of the most rewarding parts of everything we work so hard for. The day we begin delivering this year’s donations.

Watching these funds go directly into the hands of organizations that make a difference is exactly what this foundation is all about—turning love, loss, and Maddi’s legacy into hope for others.

Maddi’s light continues to shine through each life touched by these donations, and I couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who helps keep her memory alive.

It was also an incredible honor to meet Bengie Molina and his family. We had the opportunity to share stories about Maddi, talk about his father, and reflect on the grief journeys that forever connect those of us who have experienced profound loss. It was a heartfelt reminder that while grief never leaves us, neither does the love we carry for those we miss.

We also learned today, that they will be naming a kennel in Maddi’s name and memory at the new building for Stray Rescue. This brought happy tears to my eyes knowing how much she cared for and loved animals.

Because of your incredible generosity, the 5th Annual Maddison Rodriguez Memorial Foundation Trivia Night & Silent Auction was a tremendous success!

We are honored to announce where the proceeds from this year’s event are making a difference:

❤️ Stray Rescue of St. Louis – $5,000.00

💚 St. Pius X Su***de Prevention Group (in memory of Alex Foster) – $1,100.00

💙 Belleville East Softball Program – $1,100.00

💛 Moms on a Mission – $864.16

🧸 St. Clair County Child Advocacy Center – Three industrial-sized bags filled with stuffed animals, books, and crafts to bring comfort, hope, and smiles to the children they serve.

What began as a way to honor Maddison’s memory has grown into something so much bigger—allowing her legacy to touch countless lives throughout our community. None of this would be possible without our sponsors, donors, volunteers, attendees, and everyone who purchased raffle tickets, bid on auction items, or simply showed up to support our mission.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in our foundation and helping us turn love, remembrance, and compassion into meaningful action.

God blessed me with my beautiful baby girl for 18 wonderful years. Those years were the greatest gift I could have ever received. By far, the hardest thing a mother will ever have to do is give that precious gift back to Him.

After losing Maddi, I never imagined that something so heartbreaking could become a source of hope for others. Through the Maddison Rodriguez Memorial Foundation, I’ve been able to grieve with purpose and transform my unimaginable loss into a blessing for so many people in our community.

None of this would have been possible without each and every one of you. Your generosity, your kindness, your time, and your unwavering support have helped keep Maddi’s memory alive while allowing us to make a difference in the lives of others.

Although a simple “thank you” could never truly express the gratitude I feel, please know how deeply appreciative I am. Thank you for believing in our mission, for honoring Maddi’s memory, and for walking alongside me on this journey. Because of you, her legacy continues to live on, and for that, I will be forever grateful.
