As we previously reported, Nyjah Huston suffered a fractured skull and eye socket following his brutal slam. He warned that head injuries are serious and told kids to never skip their helmets.

More Virginia counties need to take a page out of ' book. These pump tracks are fun for all ages and riding levels. If you have kids with tons of energy, get them on a bike and take them to a pump track. Also, make sure your kids have helmets on.

How did you learn to bunny hop?

For me, I think I just watched my older brothers and their friends jump sketchy ramps. For Lil Lochness, he watched some how-to video by that "Brent YouTube guy" ( ) and kept trying until he pulled his rear wheel up. Soon he will be throwing some hop whips.
