What’s up, everyone!

We need help spreading the word about a potential pump track/skatepark that could come to Dixon Park in Fredericksburg if we get enough support during the Fredericksburg Parks and Rec public comment period before November 1st.

Check out the Reddit post with some quick AI renderings to show what could be possible in that space. Just an idea of what we could have.

If you'd like to see something like this in the area, please click the link listed in the Reddit comments marked "Dixon Park Map and Survey" and do the Dixon Park Survey. I will try to add the links in the comments.

As a reminder we aren't at competition with the hockey community the current rink could use some repairs and additions. If it was pickleball, that would be a different story.

We need all the support we can get. Let's make some noise and see if we can get this thing rolling.

Big thanks to everyone who liked, shared, donated, or added that cool donation button to their page. Also, huge shoutout to Powers BMX Shop for hooking us up with these bikes for our next generation of riders.

Hey, do you know anyone in the Stafford, Fredericksburg, or Spotsylvania area who wants to get into riding BMX but doesn’t have the means to get started? Shoot us a PM, we’ll see what we can do.

FXBG BMX Foundation empowers youth through BMX by providing coaching, mentorship, and community events that build confident, resilient riders on and off the bike.

Don’t ride but still want to support an awesome local nonprofit?
