Fraternal Order of Eagles Aeries #4123 has graciously donated funds to support the Stafford Soap Box Derby again this year. We are very appreciative of their support.
Our event can continue to run year after year with the sponsorship of organization like The Eagles Aeries #4123.

Our first Build Clinic is March 8
The Fredericksburg Elks 875 will be hosting our clinics again this year.
They are located at 11309 Tidewater Trail, Rt2/17.
The clinic runs from 1pm - 4pm, you can come anytime within those hours.
You can register your driver, sign up for impound time, have your derby car looked over to see if any changes need to be made, put the car and driver on the scale to see if you need to add or subtract weight and talk to any of our race officials and ask questions about our race.

VOLUNTEER OPERTUNITY AVAILABLE !!

Looking for a fun, exciting way to get some volunteer hour.
We can always use help on Race Day, June 6.
If you are strong and like to pick up heavy things, you would be perfect in the run-out area loading derby cars onto the return trailers. Those same cars need to be unloaded in the pit area. So, bring your muscles and strong back and sign up to help us on June 6.
We also have position for those who are not into picking up heavy things. The wheel change area would be a great place for you to volunteer. The wheels on the derby cars are swapped before each race with their opponents. We need 2 people per stand to unhook the clip and remove the wheels from one car and move to the other car.
This would be a great opportunity for a group or club to work together to earn community service hours. We provide lunch for the day, sign up by using the QR code.

Registration is open for the 2026 RRSBD race on June 6.
Please use the QR code to fill out the form. All 1st time racers will need to provide a copy of their birth certificate. You will need to come to one of our build clinics to pay the registration fee of $55.00.

Build Clinic dates; Sunday March 8, April 12 and May 3, all are held at The Fredericksburg Elks Lodge #875. You can come anytime between 1pm & 4pm.

FXBG Jeepers has agreed to sponsor the Stafford SBD again this year.
They provide Transportation services for us by pulling the trailers loaded with derby car from our impound location to Rocky Run Elementary school where the race is run.
They stay all day and work at the bottom of the hill by loading cars onto the trailer and transporting them to the top of the hill. The kids love riding in the Jeeps with the tops off and no doors (seat belts on) always concerned about safety.
