We love family at Hinesight. It’s embedded in our name! Hinesight was started with the goal of supporting our city public school system by offering mentorship and scholarships to the young people in our community. Although that is still a big part of what we do, we recognize that supporting our young people is only half of the equation when it comes to sustainable change in our community.

We have a vision for leaving poverty behind and that vision is where all our efforts are focused.

Over 40 million Americans experience poverty in our country each day. In the city of Fredericksburg, VA, over 30% of the the city population experiences poverty.

Many communities, including our own are in need of a brighter outlook.
