The Fredericksburg Family Childbirth Circle was founded in 2009 by three area DONA-certified doulas, Heidi Horner, Leah Paul, and Sarah Winfrey, in response to the need in our area for accurate information supporting healthy maternity care practices. We meet the second Tuesday of every month at Milestone Chiropractic Centre in the Lee's Hill Shopping Center at 7:00pm. The Circle features a differe

nt topic every month related to pregnancy, childbirth, and life after baby. We frequently host guest speakers who are professionals in their fields, and there's always lots of time for open discussion.
