The main purpose of this full-time contractual position is to enroll and coordinate services for participants in the State Care Coordination and MD Recovery Net Programs as outlined in the Behavioral Health Administration’s State Care Coordination and MD Recovery Net Provider Agreements.

We're hiring! Behavioral Health Services – Harm Reduction has a vacancy for a State of Maryland full-time contractual Coordinator Special Programs III, Addiction.

The main purpose of this full-time contractual position is to coordinate harm reduction programs, including day to day operations, staffing, documentation, and supplies. This position will provide supervision to harm reduction staff; provide ongoing collection and analysis of data related to harm reduction services according to grant performance measures; manage infectious disease testing and case management program according to MDH guidelines and performance measures; engage with community, including general community, community partners and stakeholders to maintain collaborations, gather data, promote messages on social media; and, provide education about harm reduction strategies and syringe services programs as they relate to public health, according to best practices and MDH grant conditions. This position will also continue to assess the needs of participants as it relates to SSP services provided and maintain Resource Directory.
