During the meeting, ๐๐๐ฃ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ถ๐๐ต ๐๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐ผ๐ป shared future business plans for BCP and participated in a roundtable discussion with industry leaders focused on Frederick County workforce development initiatives and strengthening career pathways in the skilled trades. The conversation brought together leaders committed to preparing the next generation of skilled professionals and addressing the growing demand for trades talent across our region.
